Description:Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute robust on-the-ground activities to continuously ensure credit card channels meets monthly targets
• Drive business, achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new clients through consultative selling of our cards products via defined channels of acquisition Maximize lead generation
• Execute all sales activities — leads, campaigns, referrals & any self-generated leads
• Track and report sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results, and market conditions
• Ensure all applications are fully and accurately completed, and submitted properly
• Be the interface between the Sales Initiative Unit and the channels to resolve any application processing issues
• Drive new client on-boarding and worksite activities
• Engage with premium clients to build relationships, and deliver a positive client experience, while acquiring new clients
• Expand internal and external relationships, and drive sales results
• Ensure appropriate sales processes are followed
• Create campaigns to drive acquisition numbers
• Create and execute training seminars

Qualifications:• Bachelors Degree in a business-related field from a recognized tertiary institution
• Minimum of five (5) years sales experience in the financial services industry, preferably with at least two (2) years at the supervisory level
• Knowledge of the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA)
• Proven track-record in relationship building and developing and executing successful sales strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management
• Ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external clients at all levels
• Proficiency with personal computing productivity applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite
• Client-centric with good interpersonal, communication and complaint-handling skills
