Description:Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing day to day office activities
• Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
• Preparing reports and filing minutes of meetings
• Handling correspondence
• Ensuring files and records are organized and maintained
• Maintain risk register
• Maintain HRD staff records
• Liaise with board and committees
• Participate in the co-ordination and implementation of special events

Qualifications:• Knowledge of accounting
• Computer literacy
• Minimum three years experience
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Confidentiality
• Excellent time management skills ,written and oral communication skills
• Ability to function appropriately and interact professionally with senior management and board executives
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
