Description:The selected candidates will be responsible for growing the client base of the Region by strategically identifying target markets and industry groups and actively promoting the products and services of the company to these groups in order to meet the defined goals and support the strategic direction of the company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Meet goals and targets for market share & growth
• Advise potential investors of the company’s products and services, negotiate investment terms and initiate relevant documentation for opening accounts
• Target new corporate & retail clients by cold calling, networking or through an introductory basis established by Marketing or any other means
• Work closely with the teams in the branches and across business lines, to develop and implement appropriate strategies for growth by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products and services to those markets
• Conduct presentations to prospective client groups, and prepare for and attend exhibits, conferences, meetings and other local & regional promotional opportunities

Qualifications:• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized tertiary institution
• At least three (3) years of experience in the financial services industry
• Jamaican Securities Certificate
• Strong selling &customer service skills
• Sound understanding of financial sector instrument and the regulatory environment
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable motor vehicle would be an asset
