Traffic ticket amnesty pushed back to August 2, 2017

The national security ministry has pushed back the start date for the planned traffic ticket amnesty. The period of amnesty should have started tomorrow. But in a release this morning, National Security Minister Robert Montague said it will now begin on August 2.
